    Virtual and hybrid meetings create new opportunities for event planners—but regardless of the format, engagement of all audiences is critical to success. That was the consensus from a panel of industry professionals Sunday at Meeting Professional International’s World Education Congress. The conference wraps up today at the Orange County Convention Center. “Virtual technology is here, it’s available, and either we co-opt it as another solution we can be responsible for, or it will come in through another door,” said panel moderator Howard Givner, executive director of the Event Leadership Institute.
